Bucket Elevators — Built In-House for Reliable Grain Handling
From ultra-small 500 BPH units to powerful 16,000 BPH commercial systems — Farm Equipment Plus designs and manufactures bucket elevators that deliver smooth, efficient, and dependable vertical grain movement across the U.S.
A bucket elevator uses a continuous belt or chain fitted with buckets to lift grain vertically. Buckets scoop material from the boot section, carry it upward inside a sealed casing, and discharge at the head through centrifugal or gravity flow depending on the design. Proper bucket spacing, speed, discharge geometry, and alignment ensure high capacity with minimal spillage and grain damage.
