Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer Standard, Expedited, and Freight Shipping based on the size and weight of the order. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Freight Shipping: 1–5 business days (for large or heavy items)
- Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL Freight for large equipment.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available on select items or bulk orders – check the product page for details.
- Additional fees may apply for oversized items or special delivery requirements.
International Shipping
- Currently, we can ship within the United States. International shipping is available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Special-order or custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Return Process

- Package the Item Securely: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and includes all components.
- Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Used, damaged, or modified items
- Items without original packaging
Restocking Fees
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returned items.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a customer's change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
